We will not be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of PUSSYBOY ARTS & CO. Once orders are sent, a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.
Orders of available items will be processed the following 1-2 working day after order placement and available check.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. PUSSYBOY ARTS & CO is not responsible for the payment of these charges and they must be paid by the customer receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, PUSSYBOY ARTS & CO has no control over these charges.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
